Weekly Message - February 11, 2019
Hello Spring Brook Parents –
Kids Heart Challenge
Good Morning Spring Brook Families - February is Heart Health Month! Thank you for the support so far - we are off to a great start with Kids Heart Challenge! We have saved 300 lives already. Remember $50 saves a life, as it is the average cost to take a CPR course! All money is due by February 21st. Please have cash converted to a check made out to The American Heart Association and don't forget to ask your company's HR department if they have a matching gift program - an easy way to boost donations!
Our event is right around the corner! Have you joined the HEART HEROES yet?!
Registering for your school's event is quick and easy-- just follow this link:http://www2.heart.org/goto/springbrook
Stay Heart Healthy everyone - eat those colors on your plate and move your body! Let's help fight heart disease by making good choices every day!
With sincere thanks, Jen DiNello

Spring Fling Update
The Spring Fling committee is busy planning a wonderful event for our kids on March 8th from 5 pm to 8 pm. The theme this year is Beach Bound! We are looking for a 'game room attendant' to be in charge of the game room the whole evening. This person will supervise the games, refill prizes, make sure the students are playing safely, etc. You will have 16 student and two adult volunteers per shift (2 shifts total) to help you out. The job is to walk around the game room (school cafeteria) to make sure things are going smoothly. If you are interested, have any questions or want more info, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for helping us make this exciting event a success!
