Hello Spring Brook Parents –

Report Cards

It's report card time! Third quarter report cards are available online on Friday, March 22 at 4:00 p.m. This is a great time to review your child's progress, celebrate successes and talk about goals for the future.

District 204 provides elementary report cards through eSchoolPlus Home Access Center. Beginning March 22, you may view your child's elementary school report card by clicking here. If you need assistance with logging in or access to the system, please call the main office. This is the same method that was used last year for report cards. I have attached report card grading information. This is also available through Home Access Center.

Parents have the ability to print a report card directly from the Home Access Center. In the upper right corner of the Report Card screen is a PRINT button. This will allow the parents to print an exact copy of the report card that is created in the office. Please visit this link for Directions.

Throughout the year, Spring Brook teachers continuously communicate with students and parents about progress and growth. District 204 Elementary School report cards will include teacher comments during second quarter. As always, our doors are open to you. Please contact your child's teacher with any questions or concerns at report card time and throughout the school year.

PTA Meeting

Our next PTA meeting is on Thursday, March 21st at 9:30am in the lunch room. At the meeting, we will vote on a budget addendum and present the slate for next year's Board positions.

We hope you can join us and as always, children are welcome!

Dough Raising

Help Spring Brook raise some “dough.” Join us from 4 - 8 pm on Thursday, April 4th, at Panera Bread (1196 West Boughton Road - next to Jewel / corner of Weber & Boughton)! Order online, dine in or carryout! Panera Bread is generously donating 20% of sales to our school - so make sure to mark your calendars now! Flyers will be coming home in backpack mail in a few weeks, or show the electronic flyer attached to this email to your cashier. And if ordering online make sure to enter "PRFUND" as your promo code to ensure Spring Brook gets credit for your order. Any questions, contact Ginger Evers (ginger.evers@gmail.com).

Toiletry Drive

The Community Service Committee will be having a toiletry drive after Spring Break to benefit Loaves & Fishes pantry in Naperville. Some of their most needed items are toilet paper, shampoo and toothpaste. If you’re going away over break be sure to grab any unused toiletries from your hotel. There will be bags in each classroom for your donations. Collection dates will be April 3-12. Any questions email Ryan Singer ryans33@comcast.net or Nicole Catizone nicolecat18@gmail.com
