Hello Spring Brook Parents –

PTA Membership Drive - LAST CALL!

Thank you, Spring Brook families! 64% of parents and 73% of staff joined the PTA during this year's membership drive, setting us up for a successful year of events and programs in our school community. 90% of Mr. Alessia's students' parents joined PTA and they will enjoy an extra recess! Kindergarten has the highest membership rate overall and will have a pajama day. This week is your last chance to join PTA to be included in the school directory!! Visit http://springbrook.memberhub.store by Friday 10/3!!

Questions? Contact Sarah Kuehl (flykuehls@yahoo.com) or Sarah Mejia (springbrooktreasurerpta@gmail.com).

Science Fair and STEM Workshop Feedback

Thank you for your participation! Hope you and your child enjoyed our Science Fair & STEM workshop last week. This was our first year introducing STEM workshop along with Science Fair. As many of you requested, here is the link for the feedback. Please take a moment to complete a short feedback survey regarding the event so we can make it even better next time.

FeedBack - Spring Brook Science Fair and STEM Workshop

Also, If you have not joined PTA there is still time! Without the funding of the PTA, it is not possible to organize events like Science Fair and STEM Workshop. PTA has already spent $3 per student for this event and it's just the beginning of our school year where other fun events including field trips are yet to come. The PTA gives each child $20 to help offset field trip costs. PTA membership is $15.00. Registering for PTA membership does not mean that you are bound to volunteer for one or all the events. You can register at: http://springbrook.memberhub.store

Thank you,

Box Tops

Hello Spring Brook Parents! Who loves Box Tops!?!!? You'll love them even more when you hear about the new digital collection process. Going forward, new box tops will be collected by scanning your receipts using the Box Top app. It's super easy, no more clipping and sending in!! Look for the Box Top logo and you'll know that you need to scan your receipt to earn credit for Spring Brook. Until all products have been switched over, some products will still have the traditional box tops that can be clipped and sent to school. Send them in via the collection sheet attached or in a ziplock bag or envelope. You'll be getting more information through your student's take home folder this week or check out the attached documents. In the meantime, download the app and get started today.
