Directions for AB Hybrid Assignment

Hello Spring Brook Parents –

We are looking forward to the start of our in-person hybrid model. The current plan, if metrics allow, is for all Kindergarten through second grade students, as well as the pilot classrooms, to start the week of January 18th, and third grade through fifth grade students to start the week of January 25th. Careful consideration has been put into assigning students to the A cohort or the B cohort. Students in the A cohort will attend school in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 -11:30 AM. Students in the B cohort will attend school in person on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00-11:30 PM. Students who are remote will not attend school in person. Please log into ParentVue to see which cohort your child(ren) have been assigned. Directions for accessing this information in ParentVue for your child may be seen below and are also attached.

Parents and students can determine what Return to School schedule applies to their family by checking in ParentVUE/StudentVUE.

Steps

1. From the ParentVUE/StudentVUE landing page, click on Student Info in the left hand column.

2. Within Student Info scroll down to the ‘Other Info’ section and determine what schedule the student is assigned:

Schedule A:

Schedule B:

Fully Remote:

3. Also note that to the right the responses option for transportation is also documented for reference.
