The Rain Forest Is Coming
Alligators, snakes, jungle cats, and monkeys – beautiful parrots, macaws, amazons, cockatoos, and greys from around the world. It’s all coming to Spring Brook. We are not talking puppets here. This is the real thing. Arrangements have been made for an appearance of Understanding Wildlife’s “LIVE ON STAGE, THE RAIN FOREST” to appear in our community. This will take place at Spring Brook elementary on Thursday, November 5th. Understanding Wildlife is non-profit organization that travels from California to New York City with this incredible rain forest program.
Animal trainers will make presentation during the day to all students here at our school at 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. They will explain how energy conversation and recycling will save the beautiful animals the children are seeing and other ways we can all help save our rain forest will be covered. Then at 7:00 p.m. a wildly entertaining program will be put on for your entire family. Students will be able to interact with a few of these magnificent creatures. (Ever pet a live alligator?) Flying macaws, talking amazons, and very mischievous monkeys will keep you laughing all night long.
The cost for the evening program is 5 dollars per person. (Kids under three are admitted free). Plan to attend now and please, all children must be accompanied by an adult. This is an event that will be enjoyed by the entire family.
Again, this event will take place on Thursday, November 5th Spring Brook Elementary at 7:00p.m. in the Main Gym.
*If you can attend, we hope you’ll have an Excellent time!
